To port in (MNP) prepaid number from other telco to Celcom, your wife and mother-in-law are required to go to our nearest branch and bring along their I/C. No charges apply. However, their previous balance in Maxis account will be not transferred to their new XPAX Celcom plan. You have to make sure that the 2 Hotlink numbers are registered under their names for a successful MNP to Celcom. Also make sure both name is clear from the blacklisted!
